PRICES 2023:
Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday : 140€/night
Friday-Saturday-Sunday: 180€/night
School holidays July and August: 160€/night
School holidays February and Christmas: 180€/night (190€/night on 24-25-31 December and 01 January)

For reservations, the arrival time is from 3 pm and the departure time until 10 am.

With the booking, you free access to the gym and a swimming pool.

The WIFI is free.

The booking becomes firm upon receipt of the deposit, 25% of the rental amount per apartment, the amount balance will be paid the day of your arrival.

The tourisme tax is 1,20 € per adult and per day.

A deposit of 300 € will be paid on the day of arrival, it will be refunded within one week of the end of the stay or within 45 days if any deduction of a restoration of the premises.
Housework must be done prior to departure to leave a dwelling clean and free of any scrap or waste. Failing this, the tenant is informed that the household will be carried out by a third party and the cost of his intervention, fixed at 78.00 € for 3 hours of work, which will be invoiced before the deposit check.

Possibility to rent linens: sheets (set of bed 2 persons: 17.70 €, bed linen 1 person: 15.3 €).
